​By Road - from the M3 direction So'ton then exit junction 13 towards So'ton Docks/Bournemouth merge onto M27 west continuing at the end onto the A31. Keep on the A31 through 3 roundabouts. At 4th Roundabout take 2nd exit. Go through 1 roundabout then keep right at the fork. At the next roundabout take 1st exit onto A341/A349 going through 3 roundabouts. Turn right onto Cabot Lane /A349 and follow. Turn left into Holyrood Close.

By Air - Southampton Airport is 45 minutes to the East, and Heathrow airport is less than 2 hours to the North.
