At Greens Combustion, we are proud to have developed into a stable and established international business in recent years. As we continue to grow, we feel it is important to give something back to the local community that has supported us since the very beginning.
Having started in 2012 from humble beginnings ourselves, we understand the importance of support, opportunity and community. As a result, we are particularly passionate about supporting smaller local and grassroots initiatives where even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference.
We were therefore delighted to act as Gold Sponsor for the recent Raggy Dolls charity rugby match, marking the first of a number of community focused initiatives we hope to support moving forward.
The event successfully raised an impressive £1,488 for Hope Again and Cruse Bereavement Support, two outstanding charities that provide vital support and guidance to individuals and families coping with bereavement and loss.
A huge well done goes to the organisers, volunteers and both teams for giving their time and effort to such a worthwhile cause. We would also like to give special recognition to Charlotte and Henry from our team for their fantastic efforts on the pitch representing the Raggy Dolls.
Final Score:
Raggy Dolls 59 – The Men’s Team 7
We are proud to have played a small part in supporting such an important event, and we look forward to continuing our involvement in local initiatives and charitable causes in the future.
