Greens Combustion Limited has a strategic licensing agreement with Honeywell UOP, involving a technology transfer of Callidus specific staged fuel burner and flare technology for the refining and petrochemical industries, often referred to as Callidus by Greens.
Initiated in 2023 and significantly expanded in 2024 to include additional Callidus technologies and regions, this agreement enables Greens Combustion to design, manufacture, and test Callidus burner technologies, including the Callidus Ultra Blue Hydrogen (CUBH) burners, as well as provide aftermarket equipment and services to support the complete Callidus installed base across Europe, Africa, India, and targeted regions in Asia. The agreement also allows Greens to supply replacement Callidus and other manufacturers' flare tips, as well as upgrade existing systems to the latest generation nViro XSR flare.
Since signing the agreement, Greens Combustion has successfully supplied many new burner projects, including CUBH hydrogen burners, for several large revamp projects in Europe, delivered thousands of spare parts, and directly supported owner-operators with engineering services, demonstrating the partnership's immediate impact and commitment to meeting industry demands.
This success is underpinned by an extremely strong collaboration and teamwork, not only directly with Callidus but also within UOP's global operations.
