Greens Combustion Limited delivers advanced burner solutions, engineered for high performance and environmental efficiency. Our state-of-the-art burners provide precise combustion control, improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions across a wide range of industrial applications.
Refineries, petrochemical facilities, and fertiliser plants use complex burner configurations that are often tailored to specific licensors and process requirements. The trademarked GreenBurn® and CUB range of burners have been developed with extensive application knowledge, supporting a full spectrum of technology providers and installation types.
Backed by decades of expertise, we offer bespoke burner systems that prioritise reliability, safety, and compliance with stringent international standards helping industries optimise their combustion processes.
The Greens staged air design (SA) employs NOx reduction techniques to comply with most global emissions regulations (typically 40-60 PPMV) whilst maintaining operational characteristics uncommon for low NOx burners. It's large gas ports enhance resilience to dirty fuels, reducing maintenance and extending tip life.
The air-staged design also enables NOx reduction when firing liquid streams.

The Callidus (CSG) staged fuel burner, developed by Honeywell UOP Callidus, is a low NOx process burner designed for cost-effective performance in refining and petrochemical applications. It reduces NOx emissions (typically 40-60 PPMV) by separating gas streams into primary and secondary zones and lowering peak flame temperatures.

The Callidus Ultra-Blue (CUBL) staged burner, developed by Honeywell UOP Callidus, is an advanced, ultra-low NOx process burner. Its innovative design further separates and directs the gas stream to achieve high levels of NOx reduction (typically 30-40 PPMV) without requiring additional technologies like steam or external flue gas recirculation.

The Greens down fired (DF) range has been specifically designed to offer a long tight flame to suit the arduous process demands of a top fired reformer. The staged air principle of NOx reduction (typically 30-60 PPMV) is perfectly suited to this application, producing a harder flame to overcome the natural buoyancy in the down fired furnace, thus avoiding flamer impingement onto the process tubes.

The Callidus Ultra-Blue (CUBL/H DF) burner, developed by Honeywell UOP Callidus, follows the same design principles as the up-fired CUBL design with the ability to fire PSA streams and high H2 whilst maintaining minimal NOx formation in a down fired application.

The RWFD is a licensor approved, low NOx forced draught nozzle mix design burner utilising a three stage NOx reduction process of fuel staging, gas dilution and flue gas recirculation for optimum NOx reduction (typically 25-60 PPMV).

The RWND is a low NOx (typically 35-60 PPMV) natural draught, self inspirating premix burner and benefits from staged fuel technology with aerodynamically designed internals allowing a wide range of gases to be fired with a high resilience to flashback.
